Q. 1-under par 70. What's your assessment of your play today?

TOMMY FLEETWOOD: Inspired. Played great. Really played really, really good. I hit so many good shots. So many strong shots. I got pretty much the worst out of it. I holed a nice putt on 8. Three-putted the last. That was like, you know, shocking bogey, if you like. It's windy, so you make mistakes. I played really well. Should have shot better.

Q. Was the wind a factor?

TOMMY FLEETWOOD: Yeah, it was a struggle, really. Just always make your best guess, which you do anyway, but the wind factor, it makes it really, really difficult. It was tough and I think you can see by the scoring, sometimes, that's what I mean, like I know how well I played.

Sometimes you play and you don't give yourself credit for how well you do and the fact that I left so many shots out there, and like I'm one of the better scorers for two days, just shows how well I did play. Got to be pleased with that. Feel good about my game. Just hopefully get hot on the greens tomorrow.
