Q. 7-under par, what's been the strength of your game so far?

JEFF WINTHER: I think my putting has been really, really good putts. I've been making some good putts, especially yesterday. Today was a bit tougher. Greens were a little bit more bumpy here than they were at Carnoustie. This is a little more tricky and obviously a little more wind.

Q. First time back here since 2016. How much do you enjoy this championship and the unique nature with three different courses and a different format?

JEFF WINTHER: I really like it. It's great. They love it. Obviously we love it as well. It's great when you can go and talk to people. I really enjoy this. This is one of the best for me.

Q. No obvious sign of this sort of form in your recent results. Have you felt it coming?

JEFF WINTHER: No chance. I haven't been playing very well. Yesterday the putter started working again. It's been sort of steady but nothing really happening. But there's a long way to go.
