THE MODERATOR: Could you just give us your thoughts on the match and your level of play now through a very successful first week.

ANGELIQUE KERBER: Yeah, I was really feeling -- I mean, I played good today I think. I knew it's always a tough opponent. I lost against her in Paris this year, so I was prepared what to expect.

Yeah, I was focusing from the first point. I think that I was really aggressive today, and I think that was the key for me, yeah, for the match today.

ANGELIQUE KERBER: You know, I know what to expect against Sloane. We played so many matches. She's always a tricky opponent. She can play everything. I know that here, especially here, she is always playing her best tennis.

I have to be ready from the first point. I think that I have to play like today, being aggressive, focusing on my game. I'm really looking forward and I'm excited to play against her again.
