Q. Rachel, Rose, 3&1, you've got a point on the board this morning, the second day of the Curtis Cup. Rachel, come to you first. How did you feel out there?

RACHEL HECK: We played some great golf out there, so did they. We expected nothing less. They're great players. It was a really great, hard fought match. We stayed super patient. The back nine, we finally got things going, started rolling in some putts. We just had so much fun.

Q. Rose, it was a real battle with the same as yesterday. What did you feel you and Rachel did different today to get the win?

ROSE ZHANG: Actually, we didn't really do much different. We had the same mentality. We got some good shots going. We just built on the momentum.

We always knew we had the grit in us. Yesterday in the match we managed to get it to all square even with some arrayed shots. So it was just great in general. We really fed off each other.

Q. You had control out there today for the full match, for the full way around.

ROSE ZHANG: Yes, we had complete control over the first few holes, and that really boosted our confidence to win more holes. And even when we were only 1-up, we just stayed composed and kept hitting shot after shot.

Q. Rachel, I have to mention the putt to win it on 16. Talk me through that one.

RACHEL HECK: That was a fun way to cap off that match. We haven't had a really long one fall yet. So I think that was a good time to do it.
