Dumbarnie Links

Quick Quotes

Q. You had an eagle on the second hole. Can you just talk about your round today?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Pretty solid round. I missed a lot of short putts. I had pretty good opportunity to make some like birdie, but this week is pretty good overall but I still feel like I can improve my putting better.

Q. And what's been your favourite thing about the week? You played brilliantly. What would you say is your favourite part of it?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: I would say I really enjoy playing links right now because I feel like it's really interesting and really challenge, like just depend how the weather going and it's so much fun this week and I feel like I have pretty good experience.

Q. What's the most challenging thing about links?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: The weather can get windy. Sometimes it's like rain or something like that. You just need to be patient out there.

Q. You mentioned before it's been really challenging, and do you think you're just getting more confident and you're learning a lot from playing a lot of links?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Yeah, I'm feeling much better after this week because what I said before, when I got here, I didn't feel comfortable with my game at all. So right now I feel like my game in good shape right now.

Q. And how are you feeling going into next week? Are you feeling confident after playing so well this week?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Feeling much better. Kind of like get used to play the links right now. Next week will be different so just have to keep working.

Q. What would you say is your goal for the rest of the season?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Just keeping committed with my shot, that was it.

Q. And you played the Olympics, it's been a really packed schedule. Have you found it hard to stay focused and stay, you know, in the game?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: It's not that hard because I know after next week, I'm going to have three weeks off, so it's fine.

Q. Has it been really nice being surrounded by so many Thai golfers, a Thai sponsor and you played with Patty, your Olympic teammate. How was that?

ARIYA JUTANUGARN: Especially this week is so much Thai players and they have been playing well, so it's so much fun, and getting closer to Patty, also.
