Q. Can you describe the round today.

SERGIO GARCIA: I think I played great. You know, it's just hard to know what to say. I felt like the way I played today, I should have never shot more than 2- or 3-under par. That should have been my worst score, and somehow, I don't know why, it just wouldn't happen. I couldn't shot one more shot than I shot today, the way I played.

But you know, that's the way it is. Sometimes things don't want to happen, and the good thing is I played great. I fought really, really hard, and that's what I have to take with me.

Q. I know it's hard to think about it right now, but this is a year with things to look forward to maybe. There's a Ryder Cup, other things. You've started to play better and very, very close to getting your position in the Ryder Cup. Do you feel there's things to look forward to this year?

SERGIO GARCIA: Yeah, of course. There's many things to look forward. But obviously missing the cut here doesn't help, mainly because I felt like I came in playing really, really well. Obviously yesterday I struggled a little bit, but today I felt like I played extremely well, and unfortunately it just didn't want to happen.

You know, there's still a lot of things to play for. Obviously it's disappointing because I love the Masters. If I didn't love it, I wouldn't care. You know, it's just -- it would be nice to get a little bit more love from the course sometimes, you know?
