MARCUS SASSER: We're joined by Marcus Sasser.

Q. This is such a hard game the way it ended, but I'm curious to see when you look at the season as a whole, what will this year be remembered by for the team?

MARCUS SASSER: The three seniors we had, they led us and they taught us a lot for the upcoming years for the young guys. We had a great run and just fell short this year.

Q. At the end there, when the five regulars were -- you guys were huddled up at the end of the bench, what was the moment, what was the emotion of having your season end this way but also getting to the Final Four?

MARCUS SASSER: Just a lot of love being passed around. Just supporting each other like we've been doing all season. Telling them how much we appreciate the seniors for all they've done for us this year.

Q. What was Baylor doing tonight to really prevent you guys from, I guess, playing your game?

MARCUS SASSER: They're just a good overall team. They made a lot of shots, a lot of tough shots. Just made shots.

Q. What was your mentality in that first half? You guys started hot and all of a sudden they get going. But you're hitting the 3s, keeping your team in the game. How tough was that battle you guys were in, especially in that first half to where you're hitting 3s but you guys just were not able to stay close with them?

MARCUS SASSER: Like I said, it was a good team. We were going shot for shot and that wasn't going to win it. We had to get stops. And it was just unfortunate we couldn't do that. But just doing everything to try to help my team win.

Q. What did Coach tell you guys in the locker room after the game? Can you give us an idea what he told you guys?

MARCUS SASSER: He just told us he loved us and thank you. But we wouldn't be this far without him. So he pushed us, like, to the limit. And you can see that it paid off. We just fell short. He was just telling us we had a legendary season, one of the best teams he had. Just a lot of love.
