Q. How tough was tonight, third game in three days, coming off what you guys have done, as Scott just said, you guys have basically been in do-or-die mode since you went to USC, how difficult of a game was it to go play a team like Stanford tonight under all those circumstances?

ALEAH GOODMAN: Yeah, I mean, it was obviously a tough game. But you gotta take what you're handed. And so we can't really use those circumstances as an excuse. Stanford played an unbelievable game. Yeah, they played a full 40 minutes and we didn't.

But no, we did have a tough stretch -- I mean, a really good stretch. But because of how it was set up, it was hard. So I'm really proud of the team and just how we conquered every game, took one game at a time and just played our hearts out. But, no, Stanford is a great team.

Q. Is that a good thing now that maybe you have a week and a half or two weeks before you play again so you can kind of maybe just regroup, mentally it's got to be tough and physically as well, to go in, be able to work on some of the things that you can take out of the last five weeks as you prepare hopefully for a tournament berth?

ALEAH GOODMAN: Yeah, I think we have some great film to look back on. Things we've got to fix up, change a little bit, and just continue to grow, get better. Having kind of a little bit of a break is going to be nice. We can get film and we can also look at ourselves. We've been obviously scouting, prepping for other teams. We haven't really been looking at ourselves, what we need to do better. We've just been prioritizing other teams and what we have to do for that specific game.

So I think going into this stretch it will be nice to kind of look at our team, look at Oregon State, and see what we have to do better in that way.

Q. What did you feel like you guys -- what did you guys get out of the game tonight?

ALEAH GOODMAN: We just gotta be sharper in all aspects of the game. Transition defense is something that we've really been harped on. I think we had a little bit of a letdown in this game obviously. We gave them too many transition buckets and that really hurt us. But just sharper overall.

You play against a good team like Stanford and they capitalize on every single mistake. And so going into the tournament that's something that we have to be better at.

Like I said, you play against a good team and they're going to capitalize on your mistakes. So that's something we're going to continue to get better at, continue to grow. And as we continue on with our season, you can't make that many mistakes because the teams that are left are all really good teams.
