THE MODERATOR: Questions, please.

Q. You obviously are one of the players who decided to play the US Open, and so you already have played some big tournaments in Cincinnati and in the US Open. I'm wondering how you think that prepares you for playing on the clay compared to other players who have not competed at those kind of big tournaments but have spent more time on clay? What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of those choices?

MATTEO BERRETTINI: I mean, one advantage for sure is I played official matches which I didn't play a lot this year, so I really needed matches and I still need matches.

One disadvantage is that I was playing on hard, and the last match I play on clay was more than a year ago, so it was in Paris, I think.

It's gonna be tough, but at the same time, the calendar changed a lot, and we have to adjust a little bit for the conditions that we are living now.
