Q. Damon, what did you see from the offensive line to create the opportunities you had today?

DAMON FERGUSON II: Honestly what I saw was the effort that they put in all week through our practice. Them boys are working hard this week. It made my job easy because they job is hard.

Q. You had a career high yards. As a team you rushed for a season high. What went into the focus wanting to establish the run this week?

DAMON FERGUSON II: Just be dominant up front. O-line did a great job once again. Them boys was moving them boys off the ball. They was getting us holes. We just hit it.

Q. Do you feel like a freshman anymore with the experience you've been able to have?

DAMON FERGUSON II: One more time?

Q. Are you at the point where you maybe don't feel like a freshman anymore with the experience you've been able to have, the role you've played?

DAMON FERGUSON II: Somewhat, you know, because just being around the older guys, it helps me grow up at the same time.

Q. Heard from your teammates you're pretty loose, got jokes. What allows you to be so comfortable in your first year?

DAMON FERGUSON II: Honestly it's just not changing who I am as a person just for somebody else. I feel like everybody needs somebody in their corner that's always going to be there to smile. I'm always smiling to bring joy, energy to the team.

Q. How do you feel when you can carry the ball 30-plus times?

DAMON FERGUSON II: It feels great. I mean, I know the offense, offensive coordinator giving me the ball a lot. That mean he trust me.

Q. You have been shuffling back and forth with quarterbacks. What did you see from Holden today?

DAMON FERGUSON II: I think all our quarterbacks are great. Holden played a good game today. Corey played a good game when we played Boston College. I think all our quarterbacks are great.
