Q. To see the team get a win, 3-0 win, how does it feel?

DJE D'AVILLA: It's great. It great because we play well, our defense, and like before, they told us we need to play this game like it's the last game. I think we show we have quality on the team, and today we do it. It's my first goal, so I'm happy.

Q. Let's talk about that first goal, what did you see in it was a good ball from Andre?

DJE D'AVILLA: It was a great ball. Normally it's not me to do this, I need to block the guys. But I feel like I can win the goal, and I just -- I go in and just I see it.

Q. How good was it when you saw it go in the back of the net? How did it feel for you?

DJE D'AVILLA: It's too much. Because it's my first goal in my career, and I'm so happy, I cannot explain.

Q. Who is the first person you think of when you make that first goal?

DJE D'AVILLA: My son with my girlfriend because they are here to support me every game now. I just want my baby.

Q. If you think you needed a baby, now you get a goal, does that help?

DJE D'AVILLA: It's some support because every game when you are away, you have support to your girlfriend and your baby, I think it's good, and still feel that here in Chicago.

Q. Back to football, how helpful was it when you see Sam get that header for the first goal, knowing that you could have that kind of space yourself?

DJE D'AVILLA: Like I said before, like my position in the box, I just need to block the guys. That is my job. But sometime it's coming in and we doing what we can do.

Q. And then what does it do for you defensively, you have one of your best defensive games of the year today, the confidence that you had on both side of the field?

DJE D'AVILLA: I think we have good energy with the team and when you feel that, you think you can do more. I'm always improving myself. Like I told you before, game by game, we are growing, and now I'm happy for that.

Q. How much more fun are you having now that you're a bit more comfortable?

DJE D'AVILLA: It's like some feeling that's hard to explain. We love football. Like when you are young, you want to play like in a good league, and now that I'm here, I'm just getting some good minutes. I just need to show what I can do, my quality.
