Q. How was practice?

DONTE DeVINCENZO: It was good. It was good. Piece by piece, we are just putting things together. Was good again today but it's going to take time for second unit, those young guys but we'll get it together. We'll figure it out, get chemistry.

But today was a good step.

Q. You mentioned the second unit. What do you like about the mix of guys and what do you think of the identity of that unit?

DONTE DeVINCENZO: I love it because you know, when you go in the season you're going to have the mixture of the vets and the young guys to balance it out.

So even myself, I'm going to lean a lot on Andre Iguodala. We have a mutual -- Jrue Holiday; I relied on Jrue, and Jrue relied on Andre in Philly. I've already kind of established that connection with him and he's something I can learn from and take whatever he's saying to me and put it into the young guys.
